Josephine Tatone

Josephine Tatone is President & CEO of WILLWAY GLOBAL, an executive retained, boutique search firm. As a trusted talent executive, she is accountable for identifying and integrating executives and leaders within multinational, global organizations.

Her authentic approach and unique background contribute to achieving win-win outcomes. As individuals develop and organizations thrive, her capabilities foster enhanced performance, profitability and culture. Global markets such as the US, Asia, Europe, Latin America, Canada and the Emerging Markets, have benefited from Josephine’s deep relationships, body of work and philosophy centered around, “Where there’s a will, there’s a way, a simple concept with high impact”. Her areas of expertise for the past 20 years include Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Life Sciences and Healthcare industries.

Prior to founding WILLWAY GLOBAL, she led global talent teams, executed highly critical executive searches and developed programs within additional esteemed organizations such as, Abbott Laboratories, Takeda Pharmaceuticals and Horizon Pharma, for nearly 15 years. Josephine also developed and implemented talent strategies for blockbuster drug launches and expansions, with products such as, HUMIRA, ENTYVIO, TRINTELLIEX (previously BRINTELLIX), CONTRAVE, KRYSTEXXA and others.

Her institutional knowledge and global responsibilities bring a real-world view to the talent marketplace. Josephine earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management, from Roosevelt University. She is DDI (Development Dimensions International) certified and holds a Talent Advisor accreditation, through CEB Corporate Leadership Council (now Gartner).
